After 11 years of chronic disease and an important excess of weight, my fitness was poor. So I call Marianne Brisebois to help me regain some muscle, lose weight and regain some fitness. I started training with Marianne in October 2014. My goals were to lose weight and be active. It had been several years since I had not been really active. I needed someone to motivate me. I tried everything, from the gym to workout at home by myself, but I knew that if I wanted to regain health and fitness I need a personal trainer.
Well I found Marianne and she was and is "good" for me. She considered all my aches and pains and gave me the tools to be able to train at home alone and when it comes to train, it's a new challenge every time. His knowledge is incredible. Although my goals today (March 2015) are slightly different, I now have the motivation, I feel amazing and I still see many positive changes.

I wanted to get back in shape, moving, doing physical activity and take care of my body, but I lacked the motivation to go to the gym. So I thought, why not a personal trainer who would come to my house?
You offered me lots of different exercises to avoid routine. After a few weeks, I could see results and you taught me new training techniques. Unlike the gym (where you end up paying in the blank because you do not present yourself) with you at home, I had no choice to train and I was assured sweating a lot!

My name is Claudine and I'm in my forties. I have the determination, but I lacked the support of a good coach. My weakness was the cardio, jogging in particular, and that's when Marianne came to advise me and help me with my training. At first I had trouble running 2km. At a rate of 3 days per week for 4 months, I managed to complete 6.5 km in 45 minutes. This success was for me quite a feat. In June 2012, I enrolled in “Le Défi des Dames de Coeur” and I did the 5 km less than 33 minutes. I recommend Marianne for your trainings and, believe me, once you have reached your goals, you will ask for more!
