PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training helps you achieve your goals faster with the support and motivation of a personal trainer.
I set up a personal training strategy for each of my clients to specifically address their needs. The plan and the workouts are customized, because each person has different goals and preferences. I can adapt to the environment and the available equipment. With my nutrition knowledge, I can lead you through your process of weight loss.

The program includes:
• A training plan you can do at home or at the gym
• A weekly workout plan
• The determination of realistic goals (short, medium and long term)
• A Fitness Assessment
• The percentage of fat
• The recommended daily intake of calories
• The percentage of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids
• Specific training sessions to achieve your goals

Why a Fitness Assessment (FIT Test)?

Educating clients about relative health risks associated with their lifestyle, behaviours and history.

Identifying current health status compared to recommended ranges.

Providing data that will be used to create a needs analysis as the basis for the exercise prescription.

How to prepare for testing?

Do not perform a high intensity workout the day before the test, it should be a rest day.

Do not eat or drink just before the test.

Wear comfortable clothes and sport shoes.

Have a bottle of water.


GROUP TRAINING
There are several advantages to train as a group. The classes are more economical. Some personalities thrive in a group environment, pushing themselves to work harder. Its a great way to meet people and some find it easier to focus on training when they are away from home.
Several types of courses are available to you, here are some examples:
Boxing, Cardio Kickboxing, Tabata, Bootcamp, TRX, BOSU, Circuit, Abdo Xtreme, and many more!

SEMI- PRIVATE TRAINING
​
The semi-private training is an economical way to do physical activity and achieve your goals while having fun with friends.
With family or friends, I create workouts that will please everyone. Circuits, jogging, cardio-stroller, crossfit, etc; there's something for everyone!
